Winstar or Choctaw in Oklahoma. 

There are lots of well-known places to eat inside of Winstar Casino (since it's the largest casino in America). You've got El Fenix, Toby Keith's I Love This Bar (southern style food....and it's pretty good), IHOP, Dairy Queen, Orange Julius, and some other restaurants that are one-offs, etc. And there's a buffet too. Nice selection. 

OK Bombsquaders, the Raja and his squad are at the G2E conference with the newest technology,  graphics and interface to be used in slot machines. I would like to see what you guys think about all this, and which slots you would like Raja and his squad to learn more about. Here (of course)  are some of mine:
1)  The 3D technology is definitely getting better. The OLED glass looks sharp and image resolutions appears to have increased.   Q: Could you ask someone to explain what they are doing that has improved graphics and the 3D technology? 
 2) Skill games from  the hits that started it all in the 70's- This is a brilliant strategy, because us retired Babyboomers (a large demographic in casinos) think of ourselves as experts at these games, Come on, Galaxia, Pong, Asteroids;  you know we all spend thou$ands  on these over the decades. Q: I want to know if it is fixed, for example if you keep clearing the asteroid fields ,will the computer send in an un-avoidable and un-destroyable asteroid?
3) The designers know what we like, the machines are bigger, more lines and appear to offer more payouts, but we all know you can program 10 million "nothing spins" no matter how many lines and symbols. 
5) I have always loved Aristocrate games (for their bonuses inside the bonus), Brian could you please go over there for a while and show us thier latest games? Raja, could you check out IGT,  do they have a new updated Black Widow? Introduce them to the man that put Black Widow on the social media map.
  6) I am sadden that most all the manufactures are using the same music, sound effects and voices that they have used over the last 5-10 years. Sound cards have gotten better, they should explore their new computer and sampling technology. . BTW,  When I pointed this out to Ainsworthe, they responded that they want specific music and sounds, effects to be recognizable to slot players. I think this narrow self-serving credo has been adopted by 90% of the industry. Why not add new dimensions to the user experience with new space-age sound effects? Q: Find a machine that uses the newest  coolest sound effects or surround sound or music that will tantalize players like me that enjoy the music and sounds as much as the video.

I like retro stuff myself; I used to buy and sale vintage video games for a living. I prefer rpg's myself. My 2 favorite are skyrim and zelda ocarina of time for 64. I like talking about games, movies, and Gambling. Feel free to start a topic about these on the forum. I know a couple have posted on here asking others to keep there thoughts and prayers open for those affected by the tragic incidents in Las Vegas today. I know I will.

Hey Bomb Squaders. 
My name is A. P. Stephens. Been watching TBJ videos for a few months now and love what Raja and the TBJ community have been doing. Just dropping off a post to say hello. 
Other than being a slot player, I'm also a writer (having written some award-winning fantasy novels) and I also enjoy creating graphic t-shirts and stickers (mostly of retro cartoons, video games, and, more recently, gambler-related shirt designs). And I'll definitely be entering the Raja's shirt contests....and already have a couple designs finished for the new October shirt contest. 
I generally play slots at either Winstar or Choctaw (both in Oklahoma...since Texas isn't really a place for casinos). So if you want to chat about casinos in Oklahoma, television shows, movies, art, writing, or video games, hit me up for some lively conversation.

The buffet at the Ameristar in St. Charles is decent, however, the crab legs at the Hollywood Casino St. Louis are amazing. I don't know what they do to them, but they are my favorite crab legs period. One of the local casinos did a lobster buffet a few years ago, pricey, but I more than made up for it with the lobsters :D.
Food at the casinos in St. Louis is overall OK, however not the best. The steakhouse at the Hollywood Casino here in town is decent, but way overpriced, and is nowhere near on the level with a Morton's or Ruth's Chris'. Pro tip - steer clear of the snack bar, very overpriced and not very good.

I figured i would post regarding casino food. I have been to a variety of buffetts and restaurants in casinos. My favorite buffett of all time that i have been is at the Hollywood Toledo. Every time I went it was fresh with lots of choices. They even have lobster on there buffett on certain days! Please rate and tell us about your casino food!
