To answer your question... YES! I have and it hurts every time! I mostly try to catch another bonus in the next couple spins (10-15) to see if the machine really wants to pay me after all! If nothing happens, I pick myself up, dry my tears and shake my tail feathers on to the next machine! Great question by the way...
