New Phone, Unable to log into original account

I just got a new android phone and downloaded the Big Jackpot app but I'm unable to sign in to my original account. Every time I enter my display name Celest and my password, a screen pops up telling me my display name can't be found. Can anyone help??

It finally allowed me to log in
